Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the NEXSTR+ mobile application (“Application”) provided by Tesyo Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using NEXSTR+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. The Application
NEXSTR+ provides playback and related tools for supported local files, network sources, subtitles, audio tracks, and compatible display or casting features. Features may vary by device, operating system, source, and Application version. Some features may be offered as part of a premium subscription.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.
You may not use NEXSTR+ to access, reproduce, download, distribute, or transmit content unlawfully; infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; bypass DRM or technical restrictions; reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Application; interfere with the service; or use it for fraud, abuse, or malware distribution.
3. Your content and third-party sources
You retain responsibility for content you provide to or play through NEXSTR+. We do not pre-screen or control third-party files, URLs, cloud storage, network streams, or services. We do not guarantee their legality, availability, accuracy, quality, safety, or compatibility. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies, and their inclusion or accessibility through NEXSTR+ is not an endorsement.
4. Premium subscriptions and billing
Premium features, if offered, are purchased and managed through Google Play. Google Play’s billing terms, subscription disclosures, renewal rules, cancellation tools, and refund policies apply to those transactions. A subscription normally renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Google Play account before the renewal period described at purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details. Pricing, plans, and features may change with notice required by applicable law.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of NEXSTR+ to maintain security, improve performance, or comply with law. Some features require an internet connection, compatible hardware, or sufficient device storage and data allowance. Your carrier or internet provider may charge you for data use. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
6. Intellectual property
NEXSTR+, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tesyo Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred to you.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXSTR+ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, availability of a particular format or source, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesyo Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from your use of or inability to use NEXSTR+, third-party content, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant premium feature during the applicable period, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal, or operational issues. You may stop using NEXSTR+ at any time. Ending use does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; manage it through Google Play.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by a court or process permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The updated “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Your continued use of NEXSTR+ after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
