Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tesyo Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the NEXSTR+ mobile application (“Application”). NEXSTR+ is a media player with optional premium features. We designed the Application to minimize the information it needs to operate.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features enabled in the distributed version of the Application, we may process the following limited information:
- Technical information: device model, Android version, language, time zone, network type, Application version, and basic device or app configuration.
- Diagnostics and usage: crash logs, performance information, session times, and aggregate feature usage used to keep NEXSTR+ stable and improve the product.
- Security and integrity signals: pseudonymous installation or app-instance identifiers and signals needed to detect abuse, tampering, fraud, or incompatible environments.
- Support information: the email address and message content you choose to send to us when contacting support.
- Purchase information: subscription status, product, transaction state, and purchase token or equivalent identifier needed to grant premium access. Payment card and bank details are handled by Google Play, not by NEXSTR+.
NEXSTR+ does not request access to your contacts, messages, biometric data, or precise GPS location. Media played in the Application is not uploaded to us merely because you play it. If you choose a network source or third-party service, that source may process data under its own policies.
2. How we use information
- Provide playback and premium features you request.
- Process and verify purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.
- Diagnose crashes, improve performance, and maintain compatibility.
- Protect the Application and connected services against abuse, tampering, and fraud.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information described above to create a data-broker profile or to advertise unrelated products.
3. Third-party services
NEXSTR+ may use Google Play services, Google Play Billing, diagnostics, analytics, integrity, or other SDKs that are actually enabled in the version you install. These providers may process technical, diagnostic, purchase, or security information under their own privacy policies. The final Google Play Data safety disclosures and the list of enabled SDKs will be kept consistent with the production build.
Google Play processes payment details and manages subscription billing. You can review Google’s policies at Google Privacy Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share limited information with service providers only when needed for the purposes above. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell or rent it to third parties.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by provider and data type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may stop collection by uninstalling NEXSTR+. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing by emailing us. Some purchase records must be retained or managed by Google Play, and subscription cancellation or refund requests must generally be made through Google Play. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under applicable privacy law, including GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, or Mexico’s privacy law.
7. Children
NEXSTR+ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Application, services, or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date will show the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
